Software Sales Representatives

Vancouver, BC & Toronto ON

Responsibility:

  • Able to successfully manage client meetings, presentations and other activities based on our current technology, tools and software life cycle

  • Assist and support Corporate Project Managers, ISR’s, Software developing team, and customers on sales opportunities

  • Manage customer relationships and sales funnel in SalesForce, Operate quickly and efficiently for deal and pipeline management

  • Develop and sell new projects and build your client base by cold calling, prospecting and visiting small to mid-size companies, from given territory

  • Attend regular meetings and reach sales goals, as well as making improvement from time to time

Qualifications:

  • Experience with planning and execution of targeted marketing and sales initiatives

  • Excellent relationship, networking, communication and presentation skills to all levels (including Director/VP)

  • Ability to motivate cross-functional teams towards a common goal

  • A self-starter with a bias for action and a nothing-is-impossible attitude

  • Accurately forecast performance, track opportunities and challenges and recommend solutions

  • Strong Project management experience in targeted vertical markets

  • Strong interpersonal skills, ethical practices and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

  • Ability to engage potential clients and communicate effectively via telephone and in online presentations

  • Ability to manage and train sale reps to meet target

  • Willingness to share ideas openly and take direction from others
