Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic marketer with experience in strategic marketing practices, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams to deliver outbound marketing such as solid product positioning and strong content to support branding and lead generation programs.


  • Conducting marketing research
  • Manage outbound marketing content creation and lead generation to create brand awareness, and drive revenue growth for our services.
  • Monitor brand consistency across all materials; drive consistency for the corporate and services brand at every opportunity
  • Work with the sales team to find the right channels for these campaigns, monitor and track lead generation results, and increase lead flow and quality
  • Working closely with the sales team, the business unit leadership, and project manager to effectively brand and position our products and services
  • Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers in an assigned territory to generate and maximize revenue
  • Follow-up on all inbound leads by phone, email, and online chat
  • Proactively manage opportunities with existing and prospective customers through all stages of the sales cycle
  • Coordinate and deliver dynamic web-based sales presentations and online product demonstrations
  • Prepare clear and effective written proposals and quotations (including hardware, software, and services) for current and prospective customers
  • Coordinate sales and support efforts with sales management, marketing, finance, and other departments as needed
  • Update all sales activity in the corporate CRM system and prepare reports as required by the Sales Manager


  • Strong interpersonal, leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with customers (internal and external)
  • Effective communication and negotiating skills
  • Ability to write clearly and effectively; for example, in emails and price quotations
  • Prior business-to-business sales experience

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills
  • An ability to produce wireframes, storyboards and communicate interaction models
  • Proficiency with visual design software (Illustrator, Photoshop, AfterEffects,Sketch and more)
  • Video production and Animation
  • Previous experience in designing for mobile apps and websites (important)
  • Previous experience with HTML5, JS, CSS, Bootstrap, JQuery (preferable, not essential)

1. Markerting Executions

  • Understand our current technology , tools and developing life cycle
  • Maintain both social networking events and digital marketing activities (online campaigns)

2. Sales Executions

  • Able to successfully manage client meetings , presentations and other activities
  • Able to use different approach to get leads and convert them into potential clients
  • Attend regular meetings and reach sales goals
  • Routinely soliciting feedback from clients and sales on areas to improve


  • Experience with planning and execution of targeted marketing and sales initiatives
  • Excellent relationship, networking, communication and presentation skills to all levels (including Director/VP)
  • A self-starter with a bias for action and a nothing-is-impossible attitude
  • Ability to set and meet objectives, tight deadlines and manage ambiguity and risk
  • Willing to take ownership, keep learning, and grow together with the company
  • 1 year+ sales experience will be a bonus
